Dear Boulevard Family,
As our 100th Anniversary year comes to a close, we are invited to Dream God’s Dream for the future of Boulevard Presbyterian Church. Scripture is full of references of visions and dreams, from the words of the Old Testament Prophets to the heavenly messengers in the New Testament that assayed fears, gave directions and altered the course of many who recognized those dreams and visions as being from God.
Now is our time to open our minds to what God is dreaming for the future of our church and our world. Our Presbytery has asked church leadership to reflect on the following questions:
Where do we most clearly see ourselves right now?
Where might the Spirit be calling us next?
How do we imagine God at work among us?
What doors might the Spirit be asking us to open?
Church leadership is already implementing visions for a more sustainable leadership structure, broader connection with the community through use of our building, and sharing new ideas about how to make church more welcoming to families.
