Our quilters group has morphed over time. They have various projects they work on, yet a huge asset is their weekly gathering, fellowship, bonding and supporting other things going on in the church with their creations.

Boulevard members Mike Eberly on Violin/Fiddle, Mac Swinford on Ukelele/Guitar and Merri Bame form the Trio presenting anything from Bluegrass Gospel/Secular/Alternative music as an alternative form of worship music at Boulevard and in the community. 

The Trio rehearses from their own repertoire of known tunes and works in new material from time to time to present in services or special events.

Vaughn Wiester’s Famous Jazz Orchestra is a 22-piece big band featuring many of the top players in central Ohio. The ever-changing FJO set list draws from the repertoires of the greatest bands of the 1950’s, including Count Basie, Woody Herman and Stan Kenton. Led by the inimitable trombonist Vaughn Wiester, a veteran of the Woody Herman band and the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, FJO has been performing on a weekly basis in Columbus since 1997.  www.famousjazzorchestra.com
