Membership
What does it mean to “belong?” At Boulevard, we welcome all on the journey to live a more authentic, loving and meaningful life. We are by no means perfect, but we are all made better through Christ’s perfect love and grace.
Whether you are young or old, a dyed-in-the wool church-goer or someone on the outside looking in, it is our calling and our joy to welcome you into our family of faith. We strive to be welcoming to a wide range of people, and we hope that you’ll find folks here that share your interests as well as those who teach you something new. The one thing we all share is a desire to learn more about Jesus Christ and participate in the work and worship of our congregation.
If you are looking for a faith family, a place to call home, and community that seeks to do more than just “go to church”, we invite you to join us in worship and service and consider becoming a member of our congregation.
To learn more about membership, please contact Pastor Tiffany at [email protected]
Chancel Choir
Singers of all levels and voice types are welcome to join Chancel Choir. Rehearsals are Thursdays at 7:15 p.m. and are led by Darius McBride (who is also the director of choirs at Westerville South High School).

Boulevard Quilters
The Boulevard Quilters have been meeting every week for over 30 years to hand quilt tops that others have pieced. A fee is charged based on the size of the quilt and amount of quilting. The money that is received is used to support mission projects.
Quilts for Buckhorn
When they don’t have tops from others to quilt, they work on quilts for the Buckhorn Home, a residential facility located in Kentucky for children who have been abused and neglected or placed there by the court. A newsletter from Buckhorn Children and Family Services described the children who are placed there as follows: “The youth served are among the most at-risk in the state. For example, 90 percent of children have a parent with history of drug abuse, with 60 percent having used themselves; while 75 percent of children have a history of attempted suicide, and 80 percent of children have a history of sexual abuse.”The quilts were requested by Buckhorn to show children that they are important and loved. When a child leaves the facility, the quilt goes with them.
Participants build deep and lasting friendships while they share the satisfaction of creating beautiful quilts. New to quilting? No problem!
Join us every Wednesday in the Lounge from 9:30 a.m. to noon.

Committees
Fellowship Committee
Our Deacon’s Fellowship Committee is committed to serving our congregation in a variety of ways in order to strengthen Christian love and support for each other. From ice cream socials to church picnics and potlucks, food is often at the heart of our fellowship activities.
Finance Committee
This committee meets monthly to review the financial reports. The committee works closely with the church Treasurer (who also sits on the committee) and the Finance Officer (who generates the monthly financial reports). Boulevard conducts an internal review of its financial records annually, with results reported to the Session and congregation.
Outreach Committee
This committee puts on community concerts, staffs the Grandview Hop booth and regularly meets out of the church at local restaurants, seeking connection with neighbors and making new friends. Mac Swinford, Jan Plas, LaMar and Sandy Zigler and Carol McFadden have recently been involved with the Outreach Committee.
Property Committee
The property committee does it all! From cutting the grass to setting up the nativity scene on the lawn, and overseeing large projects like the recent renovation of fellowship hall. God has blessed us with a big beautiful building, and this committee also works to see that it is open and available to our community as well.
If you’re interested in getting your hands dirty, sharing knowledge about building maintenance and improvements, or are interested in learning hands on do it yourself work, please consider checking us out.
Worship Committee
Committee members, pastor and music staff work together to create worship experiences that are vibrant and engaging, and include a variety of music and worship styles. Members of the congregation are always encouraged to get involved as worship leaders, or offering prayer, music or helping behind the scenes with sounds and livestream support.
